Publisher's Summary

Hi, I'm Alexis Delaney. I'm your average 17-year-old girl. Except I can see the dead. And talk to the dead. And push them away and, well, help them move on.

So...okay, I'm not your average 17-year-old girl.

For years I've been struggling to survive the souls still roaming around. The shitheads always seem to find me. Moving from town to town every few months never helped either. More dead just always find me. But things are changing for me now. I'm moving in with my uncle Rory and cousin Tara. I'm finally going to be able to do normal teenage stuff I've been missing out on. Right?

Well, if this one bitch of a ghost could leave me alone on campus that would be great. Especially since I haven't told my new friends about my abilities. Can you believe this? Five good-looking guys practically adopt me on my first day of school and I still think they're a bit nuts for it. Now if I can only keep my life with the dead from mixing with my normal life everything would be great. Yeah...I don't see that happening either. But I'm going to give it a shot.

Who knows? It might work.

Great

when I started this series, I expected to only read a few books but I am now on book 5 and as absorbed as the first. it is a slow burn but the actual story is captivating. the character's are so good. I am invested.
There are few things that kind of get to me but just a little and not enough to put the book down. I will write another review after the last book.

Fantastic!

I never thought I'd be able to get into audiobooks, but with how much I love the Kindle version of these books I shouldn't have been surprised. It was a pleasure to be able to listen to this book while working out, walking to work, or even just trying to fall asleep. Thee changed boys voices were fantastic, I am so sorry for the narrator's voice as I imagine that would have been a little bit hard on her throat, but I enjoyed it! thank you to everyone who put this together, I'm about to go buy the next one.

Raven Boys Wannabe

This was difficult to finish. Needs more about the dead, less about the boys. I expected more ghosts. Nope. I felt like I was reading a Raven Boys fan fiction that was dying. Sorry, but it would have been better to bring a love affair I into it. That or gee, more ghosts.

Maybe if you’re a teenager

This book was personally not it. Narrator was pretty robotic at times, which i can get passed if the story is good. The female lead was a pick-me girl who called people hunny and sweetie. After one week all the guys would die for her. The conversations were meant to be funny I think? But they just felt awkward and unnatural. This book was listed as reverse harem on good reads and maybe it will get there, but it felt like something written for pre-teens.
