Fantastic book.

This book helped me and in turn people I love. No way you can listen to this and not come out smarter.
That the Doc. tells the stories with some humour, is a nice change from the normal dry reading that these subjects are often wrapped in.
Clearly I highly recommend this and all of Dr Amens books.
