He is the author of 10 previous novels, including The Revelation, The Mailman, The Summoning, Death Instinct (published under the name Phillip Emmons), University, Dominion, The Ignored, The Store, The House, and The Town. An acknowledged master of horror, he is currently at work on his next novel.

the base of the story is good but it is quite graphic .
it's very sexually explicit. A lot of sexual violence that could of been left out . Bentley Little went way to far with this one.

I forced myself to finish reading this story. Bentley Little is a talented writer, but I have nothing good to say about this particular book. As other reviewers have said, it is filled with nauseating violence and gratuitous pornography. It comes across as a very bad example of "publish or perish". Was Little under some obligation to turn out another novel? Whatever the reason, I wish the publishers had relegated this manuscript to the circular file, and it had never seen publication. This might just be the last book I'd recommend to my worst enemy.
