BEST Christian book on emotions EVER!

I loved this book! having read books by Daniel Goleman and others about Emotional Intelligence, I wanted to examine the topic specifically as a Christian, and I couldn't have found a better one than this. I am very grateful for the authors digging into the practical and some pastoral clarity, and showing how emotions are rooted in Gods character and His design
