USA Today best seller

The fan favorite alumna of the Bravo hit series Southern Charm offers a witty and candid collection of essays on dating, pregnancy, and parenthood.

Growing up in South Carolina with a family that goes back 10 generations, Cameran Eubanks knew from a young age that Southern women are expected to want the white picket fence life. But Cameran has never been your typical Southern belle, and she was always determined to flout expectations.

She set out to paint the town red, enjoy her single life, focus on her successful real estate career, maybe join the cast of a hugely popular reality show...and then, she met her future husband Jason. After falling in love and getting married, Cameran faced the same dilemma so many women encounter: whether or not to have kids. Ultimately, her own journey to motherhood was anything but simple.

Now, she takes you deeper into her life - from her first foray into reality TV on The Real World to dating in her twenties to the honest truth about her pregnancy and motherhood - to get to know the person behind the camera. Known as the voice of reason on Southern Charm, she’ll share the same honest advice she gives to her castmates and guide y’all through dating, pregnancy, and motherhood. Charming, hilarious, and a hell of a lot fun, One Day You’ll Thank Me is for anyone who has ever wondered if they should or can.

Was hoping for more of a story

I want to start by saying I LOVE Cameran. I was so excited about this book and to hear her take on life and more of her great humor. Unfortunately the book fell a little flat for me. If you’ve watched Southern Charm and scrolled through her social media, you could write most of this book yourself. So many parts were taken word-for-word from her Instagram captions which was weird!
I appreciate her keeping it real with a lot of new mom rhetorics, but I just didn’t feel like I took anything away from the book. Still love you Cam, but wouldn’t recommend.

Avoid if you don’t have or want kids

I am a huge fan of the show and Cameron as a person and I live her on social media. I was so excited for this book!! It’s misleading in the title and assumption (perhaps it’s just my own) that this boom was about life advice but it as actually about having your first child. It’s a wonderful read if you’re like her and having your first baby or unsure about if you want to/what a newborn means. But for anyone else like myself this was a general waste of time and focuses 95% on motherhood. I thought it would have been more about the southern lifestyle etc...

Great and fun read!

I do love the show, so I was admittedly, really looking forward to this book. Great job, Cam!
The only thing I will say is that MANY of the stories shared are also shared on the show, so if you are a big fan, keep that in mind. Her perspective made it totally worth the read, though. Thoroughly enjoyed!

Great book!

I loved this book! It was true and honest, things many of us women need to hear! It was relatable as brought all the feels. At times it made me laugh hysterically and others made me cry! Definitely a book I recommend.

Just alright

I love Cameron. Been a fan of hers since Real World so I was excited to listen to this book.
She narrates herself which is cool. But the book was underwhelming.
Really applies to moms-to-be or moms in general but nothing that you haven’t heard of before. Not much depth. Still love her just wasn’t crazy about the book.

Love Cam, but this book was not special

I love following Cam on Instagram, and you can get basically all of this content there. Many of the stories and insights from this book come right from her Instagram posts. This was mindless and easy to get through, but there was very little special insight shared. I enjoyed reading about her relationship with her mother, and BTS stories of the Real World and Southern Charm, but I dont think it was worth the $11 spent. It's nothing personal against Cam, or her writing, it just didn't strike me as a book that had much depth beyond the sprinkling of personal memories here and there.

Great!

Cameran opens her door to parts of her life that haven't been seen before. She is an honest, no bullshit, straight shooter who offers a light spin on her life. A great listen with a few moments of "yes, that was me!" moments mixed in.
