The title was performed well and very clear. I found it way too basic for myself, but I’m sure that anyone who is very new to the vagus nerve will find it informative and helpful as a good start.

Very common sensical. Basically the vagus nerve can be stimulated by singing dancing meditating and using breathing excersisee etc. Make sure to do that. There. That is the extent of useful information that you'd be getting by reading this book.
This book is good if have basically no prior knowledge of negative side effects of stress on your mind and body and need the very basics explained. But thats about it.
