A powerful evil is rising in darkest Sylvania, and it threatens to reach forth and tear the very heart out of the Empire - and out of Felix's relationship with Ulrika Magdova. Faced with the machinations of a powerful centuries-old vampire, can the duo's deadly battle result in anything but death and tragedy?

I love this series!
The stories of these two are always fun to listen too.
and the voice acting is entertaining and interesting.

William King writes it well but Keeble still portrays Gotrek the best. I can hear Felix and Gortrek any other way. He just encapsulates them both

I do wish the tempo was a bit slower for the last part of the book, but it wasn’t bad. Just would like more of an emphasis on the end of a book.

Black Library should really look into adding sound effects like Star Wars does

A fantastic book from a time where warhammer books and warhammer Fantasy were at the top of their game. Trollslayer - Giantslayer are by far the benchmark best of Grimdark.

Jonathan Keeble does another amazing performance narrating another book from the slayer series. This book was a component addition to the series although not my favorite slayer story still a fantastic adventure.
