Interesting and Fun to Listen!
I honestly never thought I would enjoy listening to a cookbook being read to me! I loved the choice of an English accent to read and she was nice and clear but I wish it came with photos at times so that I knew what it would look like before I made it, but that’s just a personal thing. Overall the book is well written and gives little insights here and there about a vegan high protein diet and about some of the ingredients and benefits. I loved that part best!
Great start to vegan living
This cookbook shows how you be on a high protein rich diet and vegan at the same time. The recipes are mainly plant based and provide your body with sufficient protein.
He gives you many recipes to choose from, such as chocolate ice cream, puddings, salads, soups, and smoothies.
He helps you to cut down on fats because these recipes contain no animal products, which in turn helps to build muscle mass. It helps you to rely less on supplements but always check first with your doctor. He suggests using soy or almond milk for your smoothies.
The narrator has quite an accent making it hard to understand some of the instructions with the recipes.
