Provides an understanding and some good recipes

I like this audio book, it has been well produced. I have found that some books had the volume of the narrator changing as you listed. Which as you can imagine makes it hard to listen! This book however seems to have high production values.

the early chapters do go through the basics of a Ketogenic diet. which is great for a basic understanding and then you get thrown into the recipes. Keep your pause button prepared, as you'll need it if you cooking whilst listening. this is kind of what I prefer doing. having to read instructions whilst cooking outs me off a little.

All in all a good book, good recipes too. most of which I will give a try! well done.

Cookbooks aren't great to listen to

There was some good info in the early chapters, but once the recipes kicked in it was hard to follow. I will think twice about choosing an audio book the next time I am looking for this type of book.

Easy to understand!

I enjoyed this Vegan Recipes book for losing weight . I understand how to do this diet better because of this audio book.I will be trying many of these recipes in the next month. I give this a 5 star rating overall.

Interesting

I didn't think that being Vegan and doing the ketogenic diet was even possible. It was a great listen. Just grab a piece of paper and pen because it offers a numerous and delicious simple recipes that I can't wait to try.

Great kick starter to going vegan and keto.

The author states that this strict diet can help with various illness, such as epilepsy, cancer, vascular diseases, various skin issues and it helps control your daily fat intake. Included is a list of what you can have during the 15-day plan. The author gives you a list of all the ingredients you will need when preparing your daily meals and the instructions on how to prepare everything. Easy to follow recipes for soups, salads, and snacks showcasing how you can use vegetables in many different ways.
Unfortunately, on some recipes, you are not told how many servings there are.

Great read

This book helped set me on my path with Ketogenics, thank you for your work and sharing of information. As feedback, the only thing that would have made it better would be to have the option of a PDF download for the initial list of basic foods, the recipes, and the 28 day plan - it is a lot to write down as well as time consuming to have to keep rewinding.

Informative and Interesting

I enjoy listening to this book and learning different approach to the keto diet. Before listening to this book I had no idea that being on keto and being vegan is even possible. Book offers many recipes I am excited to try. I have received this audio book free of charge in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.

Great Audio

Veggie lover Ketogenic Diet has formulas on breakfast, soups, servings of mixed greens, snacks, starters, fundamental courses, and treats. The ketogenic diet is a fat-based eating regimen plan that helps control your sugar admission and was intended to help individuals shed abundance weight. Like the majority of his books, you can make the formulas your own and change them to suit you, and concoct your own formulas. This is a direction for living, not an eating regimen.
