One letter.

That was all it took to change the course of my life forever.

Typing too quickly in the application program cost me my dreams of finally being accepted for who I am, and now I'm stuck here.

Discordia University's acceptance made everything I knew go up in a puff of sulfur. Demons are real, and they just admitted me into their elite boys' school.

Unfortunately, my name is Kat, not Kit, and I'm a girl.

My caseworker was right; I was born under a bad sign.

Contains mature themes.

I enjoy a girl disguised as a boy storyline and the university style setting is another favourite of mine so I was expecting to LOVE this story. The story is very very slow to start. The first third drags on about her day to day life prior to her going to Discordia University. I’d say it was get to know the main character better so that you are rooting for her once she gets to Hell. Unfortunately the main character came across as someone I just couldn’t like. Her repetitive focus on consent and boundaries while attending a University in Hell with demons was so surreal. The male main characters came across as pretty respectful and accepting of her despite them being demons who think she’s there to spy on them. The story didn’t address the expected challenges of a woman hiding in a men’s university, None of the demons with heightened senses could tell and there really isn’t any real focus on this. There is no heat at all in this story between the main character and any of the reverse harem members. it is all PG 13. Maybe the author is saving it for the next book. I rarely ever give a bad review but this one was so disappointing I just had to say something.

The premise was great but the story was SO disappointing.
