Loved the book

I really enjoyed listening the audio book. It inspiring
The only little point that I did not like is not having the written list of web page references.
To have it, I would have to listen again.

Positive Message, Positive Technique

I love that Jon Gabriel read it himself...no better person to get the message across than the author! He is a great speaker and easy to listen to.
Will definitely look for more of his Audio books.
I also agree with what he is saying and will try his technique for losing weight and making some positive shifts in my life.
I'm also impressed that he offers free help on his website, that is impressive.

great!

wow really interesting and looking forward to seeing how well it work, the first time I listened to it I fell a sleep but im thinking my subconscious heard it loud and clear, as my eating habits started change right away and I very much started picturing the way I want to look.. Listening to it again while I'm awake. What he says make perfect sense.
