It’s a good novel, has a good story line and was a nice casual listen. I did not love the story however, I don’t seem to love the “troll” world. Was a slower read then book one though the ending of this one makes me want to read book 3. I feel like all the action happened at the very end leaving the middle of the book slow.

I enjoyed this one, just not as much as book one!

There was so much hiding of feelings in this one and not communicating with each other, that was frustrating.

But, I still flew threw this one as I really love the magic system and I found myself rooting for the characters right from the beginning.
