Love the coach but don’t love the fact that you NEED equipment.

It would be nice if they would do one without the use of a treadmill especially with a pandemic going on this should be more geared to people who can’t go to the gym right now. Many people don’t have quick access to a treadmill so if you did this same exact program but outside walking and running only that would be amazing. I’m on day four and the “treadmill days” I just follow along outside on the street/sidewalk but it’s hard when they say increase the speed to this or that. All in all a great program just wish it was geared to NO equipment.

Great way to start running

I always thought that I could never run or enjoy running, but after listening to a few episodes, I joined a 5K run and completed it!! This walk to run program is motivating. It changed my perspective on how to run properly and you can adjust it based on your own pace/ability. I would recommend this to anyone who is hesitated to start running.

background muaic too loud

Background music too loud, distracting and annoying. could not get past first session. why play music with lyrics when someone is talking. come on Audible, you all should know better

Do it!!!

I can't believe I did it!! I could barely make it through the 30 seconds of jogging on the first day, and I was able to run a little over a mile without stopping by the end of it! Jamie is so genuine and encouraging that I really felt like she was right there with me the whole time! thank you!!!

Would be better if the music wasn’t so loud

I couldn’t hear the trainer because the music is too loud. I love the idea but I couldn’t hear the trainer

Background music is annoying

I downloaded this to help me get moving but as soon as you open it that awful background music starts and drowns out the instructor. It was so loud and annoying that I stopped listening after 20mins. It'd be great if this could be redone without the music.

really stupid music choices

I'm only at the second day but if I get more of the discord in today's audio I'll quit. The problem is that on the second day they switch from instrumental music to vocal music and the second layer of voices competes with the trainer and drowns her out. It's like having two people talking to you at the same time, saying different things, so that you have no idea what either one of them is saying. In all fairness, the music is pretty bad anyway, but when it is instrumental only and at a lower background level it is easy to listen to the trainer and ignore everything about the music except the beat. But when it is vocal music as loud as the trainer it is just cacauphony. l missed several instructions to change the speed and incline because I couldn't hear the trainer's words. In addition, when the trainer pauses, the music argues with her. She says, "you can do this," and the singers say, "no, no, no." She says, "you're doing great," and the singers say, "I don't want to." Things like that happen over and over again. It is a shame that this good idea is being ruined by a simple but stupid editing choice.

Instructions are over dubbed and confusing

Sounds like there are 2 different workouts over lapped and makes it really confusing please fix

Inspirational!

Jamie did the impossible: She got me to run. Her encouraging words and emphasis on form and breath helped me to push past my mental barriers and achieve my fitness goals!

Fun and Helpful!

I wasn't sure what to expect with this, and admittedly, I didn't go through the whole program. I downloaded the workouts toward the end of the program because I was a little further along. Jaime was motivating, enthusiastic, and even funny at times, and I really appreciated her style throughout the workouts I used. I didn't find the music to be overwhelming at all. The only thing I wish she hadn't done was count off each minute in the final run -- 1 minute isn't a whole lot when you have your first 15-min run facing you!

Loving this!!

I have been doing this workout every morning and love it. It is great for all levels as it gives you opportunities to modify or push yourself. 5 stars all around.

Got me motivated

I have never tried running, this gave me clear instructions making it easy and safe....the music was excellent. Great energy...my only wish is that it was longer.😊🕉️
