I just finished Walking Forward. Loved it. Insightful wisdom found in ordinary moments, beautifully crafted and shared with so much authenticity, nothing to hide, everything (for us the listener/reader) to gain and discover. I could relate to so much of it... maybe all of it! (except the..[.spoil alert]... the twins part. That is a big surprise!) I loved the footprints...etched in my brain after each section! I think I will have to listen to the book again and take notes - I listened during my walks - instead of leaving it to chance to trigger footprints at the appropriate moment! I, like the author, am a habit nerd, and want to choose which ones I will formally translate into new habits or journal prompts to help me better navigate the chaos of life! Great listen. Highly recommend.
