Lots of misinformation

First bad review I've ever left on anything. Overall I'm very disappointed with this book. For all the research and time I've invested into the benefits of fasting, I would definitely not recommend this as a guide to doing so for anyone. There's other audio books on Audible that are accurate and informative. This book is all about "fasting is great, except this that and the other! and never this!". Also, "don't fast if you're a woman!" I had to stop after the 4th chapter, it's just really out to lunch with the known facts we have on the benefits of fasting and when you should seek medical advice/assistance to facilitate your fast.
