This is the most heartfelt telling of a beautiful relationship between Stacey & Wesley. It made me smile innumerable times, made me laugh out loud occasionally, educated me beyond what I expected & also made me cry. This story has changed the way I feel about animals & their sentience - I definitely feel more intune with & compassionate towards them. This story has appeal to a wide demographic of readers - I'll bet young kids would love to hear this as part of a bedtime story routine :)
