Eye opening!

I liked the author’s style in presenting his ideas and examples. The book opened my eyes for many new techniques to use at my school. I’m excited to try them.

Useful

I absolutely loved this book. The 18 things great principals do can be implemented immediately. This book was not a book full of research and numbers. It was humorous and relevant. I would recommend any principal new or seasoned to read or listen.

Great for new leaders

I listened while preparing for the school year. I learned a lot. The book is simple, yet discussed the most important aspects of being a school leader.
