Must read for parents/caregivers of young kids

This book was exactly what I needed right now. It’s divided up into many chapters so it’s very digestible for busy parents. The author writes with so much empathy towards parents. The book made me hopeful to do better, without feeling guilty (if that makes sense??). Love it and will absolutely be recommending it to all my friends!!
