Publisher's Summary

I am a heroin addict, and I will do anything - and I mean absolutely anything - to get my next fix. Nothing else matters at this point. I would rather die than be dope sick in jail again.

This is book two of the Sweet Melissa Memoir series.

Poor narration/Good

After listening to book 1 I immediately purchased book 2 before realizing that the narrator wouldn't be the same. The author narrates this book and I found her voice to be very hard to follow. She seems to blend each sentence together and her voice goes way up and down when speaking. She also does a horrible impersonating the characters voices in her story! I pushed through for the simple fact that I needed to know more of her story. I wish the author would've allowed the narrator from her first book to do this one as well.
I do rate the storyline a 4 star as it was interesting and does express the true nature of the beast of addiction!
