Publisher's Summary

Deepen your creativity and strengthen your influence as a leader and coach.

How do I, and my clients, learn from our reactive habits instead of pushing them away? Why do the same habits keep reappearing in the first place? How can my drama patterns show me the way to being the person I want to be?

If you're familiar with David Emerald's teaching story, The Power of TED* (*The Empowerment Dynamic), you will recognize the main character in this audiobook: Sophia, the coach who walks with Ted and David. In this new story, we look in on Sophia many years later, after she has become an experienced professional coach. You will hear Sophia's internal dialogue, her doubts, and worries, as she learns to quiet her mind in service of coaching a head strong client. The coaching dialogue here reveals tools and methods intended to help you coach and empower yourself as well as others.

Great book fit with David Emeralds book

So I’ve been going through a lot with my partner. I’ve learned so much from David Emeralds books. The Power of TED and 3 Vital Questions and this book fits into the first two. The books fit into counselling of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. The Dreaded Drama Triangle based Karpmans Triangle and Emeralds The Empowerment Dynamic. The idea of reorientation from victimized/anxiety to Creator. Helped me a lot, maybe changed my life and how I interact more than any of the “how to” books I’ve read and podcasts. My relationship isn’t fixed but it’s progressed beyond resentment. I open to any outcome and I open to communicate and love. It made me analyze my upbringing and family history and dramas and strengths

Thank you Donna and David you are doing great work

An indigenous person this also touched home with your inclusion of an indigenous character/guide
