Publisher's Summary

The menstrual cycle is a vital and vitalizing system in the female body, and yet our understanding of and respect for this process is both limited and distorted. Few women really know about the physiology of their cycle, and many do not see it as an integral part of their health and well-being, let alone as a potential guide to emotional and spiritual literacy.

Wild Power is a book about feminine power - the power of the menstrual cycle. This book reveals the inner architecture of a woman and the path to power that is encoded in her body. This unique force tutors us in the sacred tasks of each phase of our journey, from our first period to menopause, the perils and the pitfalls, as we grow into our authority and eldership as creators and leaders in the world. In this book the authors explore the three maps of the menstrual cycle that guide women through their inner landscape to meet themselves, get to know their own nature, and develop the psychological muscle to channel the creative and spiritual forces within them.

Written with humor, tenderness and practicality, and packed with women's stories and quotes throughout, Wild Power will restore women to wholeness and reinstate the full majesty and grace of the Feminine.

Mindset based

Beautiful language about the mindset of our female cycle. Not very deep, or as many ideas to act on, but I still enjoyed it.

Must read!

So much excellent information, a must read for every woman who has floundered about trying to find her way through her moon cycle! I have hugely transformed the relationship I have with my own moon cycle in just three months. I am forever grateful for the information shared in this book! 💕

Life Changing

I have been doing work to heal my menstrual cycle for years now and this is the most comprehensive resource I have come across in terms of looking at the monthly cycle as a whole rather than trying to heal just one part of it. No one part of the cycle stands alone and understanding the nuances of how our energies weave through the cycle has been extremely liberating and further validating. I have deepened my relationship to self and cycle as I've read this and have recommended it to every woman I've met since reading it. Truly powerful, transformative, and necessary for the evolution of our planet. An absolute MUST READ if you are a woman or are curious about the inner workings of womanhood.

Heavy subject, well narrated, important must read!

Highly recommend! Every woman should read this! I found it a bit dense at times, for lighter read on the American topic I recommend Code Red by Lisa Lister
