Publisher's Summary

Internationally best-selling author Chantal Fernando brings fans another sexy motorcycle novella in the Wind Dragons MC series, as rival club president Talon has to decide what's more dangerous: facing down the WDMC, or losing his heart to a woman under their protection.

Talon has a complicated relationship with the Wind Dragons Motorcycle Club. He’s the president of their rival club, the Wild Men, but he’s also related to one of their members - who hates him. He could handle that, but he’s also got problems in his own club; someone is leaking information and disrupting their business, but Talon can’t find the mole. So the last thing he needs is even more complication in the form of a beautiful single mother who’s bolder than half the bikers on his squad. But he can't take his eyes - or his hands - off her....

Tia’s always been a little reckless, up for a good time wherever she found it, but she’s also a great mom to her young son. So even though she thinks Talon is basically sex on a stick, when she realizes she wants to be more to him than just a club groupie, she has to take things a bit slow. Plus, a momentary attraction, no matter how smoking hot, isn’t worth risking her son’s happiness in any way. Is there any chance that Talon might be up for a more permanent arrangement? Or has Tia leapt before looking once again?

cliffhanger

Now I can see why this book is so short, it seems way before we find out what happens with Talon and his MC. Quite disappointed in this as none of the previous books in the series end unfinished.

Loved it overall

Aubrey Vincent did a great job with narrating but I thought that Nelson Hobbs did not fit the part of Talon. I felt that Nelson was very soft when Talon is the president of an MC. The Voice just did not fit what I envisioned it should which took away from performance for me personally.

My truth

The story has always been great and through out it has been read very well. I was looking forward to his story for so long that I can’t help but feel disappointed in who ever hired these two readers. 😞 this time around I give it a poor rating. The guy sounded like a robot most of the time or as if he was reading for the first time from the book. And the female she was terrible! No acting skills at all and I’m not being a B I’m giving my honest opinion I know I couldn’t do better but hot dam I couldn’t keep up unless I was paying 200% attention! “0” and I mean ZERO separation in characters. I hope my fave peeps come back for the last few of these books or I’ll be disappointed in the person who hired the bad audio actors! Oh wait I already am disappointed. 🙄

Not bad

Loving this series so far but this isn’t the best written book in the series. It didn’t give Talon and Tia the story they deserve.

Kind of a waste of a story

I get the segue into the Vinny's story, but this was kid of just a waste of space. There is no real closure for Talon and Tia's story. It just end on somewhat of a boring cliff hanger leaving you wanting to know how their situation played out. Good thing the next book is already out...

Novella, Talon and Tia

To have an understanding of this novella you’d want to have read/listened to at least one of the previous books..reading in order gives the story body This involves rival MCs where personal connections provide problems, hurt, and love Like able characters where we learn more of two secondary characters from previous books..and were left with the story incomplete and drawing us into Wolf’s Mate Narration well done and engaging

Slower than the others

It was a slow story. Tias not my favorite. I had to stop 1/2 through.
