AAAAAAAAAAAAAH. THIS BOOK IS SO GOOD. I laughed so many times, and cheered reading this book. I am beyond speechless. TWO people from broken homes find love while FAKE DATING, AND ITS A BEST FRIENDS BROTHER. The inner dialogue of these two had me laughing, gasping, and blushing.

I thought Ro was going to be the ultimate grumpy jerk in this series but Ryland made it so much better. I am so obsessed with the way he was with Gravity and Dylan. 🤭🥹

Dylan was the actual live image of a independent single mom just trying so hard. LOVE LOVE LOVE. 💕🤭

This series is officially going to be in my Roman Empire for life. I love me a morally grey man too, and this delivered.

Im going to go stare at a wall for the next 72 hours and contemplate how I can possible wait for Tate’s book. I can’t wait for this grumpy jerk to be with 👀 iykyk

I have listened to probably 100 audiobooks in the last year , only a few have kept my interest . This was one of them . Amazing narrators, characters and story ! Loved it all

I had already read Books 1 and 3 in the series, but somehow I completely missed Rhyland and Dylan’s story—and I’m so glad I finally picked it up. It was absolute perfection. Although I should say that you don't have to read book 1 to understand this one - it just makes the relationships with Ro & Calla that much more fun.

I adored Rhy’s sarcastic attitude, and the way he and Dylan verbally sparred was chef’s kiss. Their banter was sharp, funny, and full of tension in the best way.

What really surprised me was how much Rhy grew throughout the book. I honestly didn’t think he had it in him, but Dylan brought out the best parts of him. She helped him realize he could love and that he was worthy of being loved in return. That emotional arc hit hard in all the right ways.

I also loved watching Dylan learn to trust someone with her heart. Seeing her let go of some of her walls and allow Rhyland in was beautiful to witness.

And yes—let’s talk about the spice. 🔥 These two absolutely burned up the pages. I knew from the start that their fake engagement wasn’t going to stay fake for long, and it was so much fun watching them both catch real feelings along the way.

The pairing of Teddy Hamilton and Savannah Peachwood for this book was spot on. I loved how Teddy captured Rhys' sarcasm and Savannah Dylan's strength and vulnerability as well. The are just a great match and made the story so much more engaging. I love these two together!

A perfect mix of heart, heat, and healing. Loved it! I just love LJ Shen's writing and I am really hoping for Kieran's book in the near future.
