Publisher's Summary
I'm human. They're not. I'm afraid. They're not.
We're mated. We're whole. And together, we're going to change the Pack forever.
Violence thrust me into this world. My past defined me. I was on the run, constantly evading an adolescence loaded with heartbreak and fear. And then the end came. But with it, I found a new beginning.
Three mates, three alphas, all mine, to have and to hold. Their protection gives me a future, and their love gives me wings. But the best intentions can still lead us to hell. For the first time in my life, I have a future worth fighting for. Only, that doesn't take away my living demons. When they come for me, which they will, I'm no longer alone.
Can I survive if fate has given me an expiration date that I avoided a decade ago?

No plot
I felt like the plot was very weak. The writing was well done, however I found there were huge pauses in between sentences which broke your focus enough that it ruined the flow.
I also felt there was no climax, there was no suspense or story building. It was just the relationship which was quite uneventful.

Disappointing
I listened to this book because it was included. Don’t waste a credit on it. I like shifter books but this one was disappointing. The author continually refers to “the knot”. It’s when the couple gets stuck together after mating. Gross just gross. When dogs mate this happens because their peckers have a barb. What a way to kill a sex scene. Hard pass on this series.

Boring Story
The story was so boring, so plain like yogurt like another review said. The story has a really good premise, there’s a creative shifter world that they’ve created, but idk how many hours I listened the the same mating ceremony, no progression in the story whatsoever. I had to skip past it to maybe find some conflict in the story, and I didn’t really find it.

Like plain yogurt, good but not exciting
This was a nice romance, but completely lacked conflict or angst. Boys find girl, save girl, tell girl their her mate and she wholeheartedly accepts them. Everything works out wonderfully. The end.
Usually there is some kind of conflict, like an antagonist who comes after the heroine. Or some conflict where there needs to be some wooing to overcome an objection or misunderstanding between lovers. But nope, this is not that story. It’s not bad, it’s just plain.
I was expecting something with more
Flavour. This is not that story. It’s very simple and relaxing, and you might like that. The performance is good.
But there are more exciting stories out there.

Recording is faulty ...
Recording: there are SOOOO MANY long pauses that I’m chalking up to a bad recording. It’s frustrating and makes you wonder if there are words missing. Some of the spliced together pieces don’t seem to align. I’m downloading the book to see for sure.
Narration: both narrators did a fantastic job ... and I can be a harsh judge as I listen to many many audible books.
Story: enjoying the storyline so far.

Good foundation to a new world
Wolf Child laid a good foundation to a new paranormal world with wolf shifters. However, the RH romance between Ethan, Eli, Austin and Sabina was dull and lacking. There were no drama, no angst and no depth to their relationship. I was bored and the audiobook acted more like background noise when I was doing my chores.
Brooke Bloomingdale and J.F. Harding voice acting was great even though the story was a little dull.

A good start
I don’t usually leave positive reviews, I figure a lot of people do and when I look to see if I want to read a book I’d rather know what people disliked so I can decide if it’s something that will annoy me. This book has a lot of annoying things but most are not due with the actual story. It’s worth a listen if you can get past the bad editing that gives you huge weird pauses. The narrators were both great in my opinion with the male making it so you could distinctly hear the difference between the main male characters. The story is an interesting idea and I’d thought maybe this was the authors first book with some of the issues that bugged me. I took the time to find out and see she has lots of other books so probably not. I can say that it was worth the listen since it was included in my membership so it was only my time. I’m not sure I would have been happy had I paid.

excellent listening experience
I read the book Wolf Child and this Audiobook only enhanced the book. I loved the narrators that were used for the book. J.F Harding did an excellent job of distinguishing between the three brother's voices. Eli's voice was deep and sexy, Austin and Ethan's voices were exactly as I imagined they would be.
The story was just as heartfelt listening to as it was reading it.
Great job all the way around! I love the way Serena Akeroyd writes and I can't wait for Moon Child to come out in Audiobook next.

The series doesn’t end!
Read book 1 and 2, book 3 is a short and isn’t finished. Leaves you hanging. The writer has writers block and I think it’s because she chose to go on with new characters instead of the ones who started this. (Trying not to spoil). The main characters should have been left as the main characters. More suspense could have been achieved for the third book if we didn’t know what happened or is happening to the current characters. Overall, it’s a great story, but needs more mystery and intrigue. A re-write is needed.
The narrators were ok. They sounded like they are new to this but have great potential with practice.

Phenomenal!
This book is a phenomenal read! I have to say it is now definitely one of my all time favorite books! Serena Akeroyd is one hell of an amazing writer. From the characters, to the storyline, to the awe inspiring worlds she creates, Simply Brilliant! I am absolutely thrilled that this will be a trilogy, as I cannot wait to immerse myself in this beautifully crafted world again and again! This is absolutely, 100%, a Must Read and I would Highly Recommend it! The audiobook is also brilliant! The Narrators do such an incredible job bringing this beautiful story to life!

What a ride!
I was afraid this was going to be a slow book and nothing but sex! It has a great storyline along with a mate bond strong enough to move mountains! I can't wait to sink my teeth into Book 2!

Unappealing premise
I love werewolf novels. The campier the better.
This book is a disaster. The logistics of 3 man-friends all alpha males completely ok (?) with …double dipping? 😐 WHY!?
That’s not romantic in the least. The main character is turned into the wolf equivalent of a brood-made. Her whole personality is being a high occupancy uterus.
This is not empowering. It’s sexual abuse and dysfunction.

Intriguing
This is a rather intriguing story with a great storyline. The mates bond is very strong and I love how they’ve become one unit. The narrators are awesome and it’s just great all around
