Doesn't really give specific points or suggestions. I have ADHD and a lot of this doesnt apply to me. It also kept referencing how women don't get diagnosed as often as men... I got it the 1st time. This book might be good for someone just learning the basics and stuff behind it but for someone living with ADHD this doesnt speak to me.
