What a great little book!

I’m not a senior citizen but am interested in health and fitness. It’s important to take care of the elderly by sharing information that would help them. We have to remember that the internet was not available for a good portion of their lives and they may not know how to improve their fitness as they age and their mobility becomes limited. My dad is in his 70’s… I will definitely encourage him to read this book. It explains everything very well and following the steps within will definitely improve quality of life! It’s available in hard copy, e-book and audio book formats.
Today I was excited to find out that Robert has a you tube channel with demonstrations of the exercises for those that need a visual! It’s called “get fit seniors”.
