During a Yoga Nidra session you simply lie down and follow the instruction given without strain or undue effort. What comes easily, you do, what doesn't, you let it pass. You will also be asked to choose a resolution, something that you would like to develop in your life that will have a positive effect on your path to healing. The seed of this intention when spoken at the beginning and the end of Yoga Nidra gets planted deep into the unconscious where it motivates changes in behaviour and lifestyle situations that support your deepest heart's desire for healing to unfold. I've come back to this as one returns home. I discovered it so long ago that it's familiar yet the experience is always different, bringing new levels of mind-body connectedness as my level of experience increases. It's easy to follow, yet challenging to master, and pleasant all the while. I highly reccommend it.
