I liked this novel a lot. The writing was interesting and the characters were strong; the narration was also fantastic. The ending was pretty obvious, tbh, but there were enough twists and turns throughout that I was never bored nor was the story overly trite. Would definitely recommend!

Finally another writer who knows what we want and simply delivers! Perfect closed-circle mystery set in a perfect isolated location. No bait + switch that promises Agatha Christie but ends up being a dual timeline thing that spends most of the time with obnoxious characters back in highschool or college instead of in the manor house they went to for a reunion. Can't wait for more from this author!
