As a teacher, a channel and as a student of spiritual practice, Sara Landon generously shares her story of self-discovery and over-coming resistance, She also shares insights from her many students.

The book offers very accessible context and extremely practical ways to build one's awareness and foundational practice of channeling.

And yes! There are direct transmissions from The Council, Sara's teachers, guides and group channel.

The content of this book is inspiring and practical, but the delivery is too fast, especially for the guided meditations. - Sara's voice is too choppy, monotonous and rushed to make me want to listen past chapter 3, but her content, including her personal and student stories are keeping me in the negotiation of listening to one more chapter and maybe another one....

However, Sara and Audible would be well advised to have someone else narrate the next edition of this book. Meanwhile, I may opt to get the physical book or read it on Kindle. At the same time, this will then be a missed opportunity for valuable guided meditations on how to connect with your guides, higher sell, etc, which is much easier via audio then reading.

Life on Earth is full of learning, and this might just be another lesson or wave among the sea of great work done by Sara!
