Greatly helped my acute insomnia!

Thanks Joseph for writing this highly valuable book - I really enjoyed the narration, your personal journey, and well-researched and practical actions to address and conquer insomnia. Your approach really resonates with me, not so rigid to CBTi, a more gentle but effective approach based on those tools.
