I started using the principles

My relationship had been full of bitterness and hopelessness. Cyclical patterns and dead ends.
Once my partner started reading his own book and I started listening to this book, we have been able to come together and actually work things out. It’s a slow process and takes a lot of practise but it’s worth it.
