I love this book so much and it’s amazing that I was able to listen to it. I’d recommend this book to all young people in their 20s. This have not only taught me a great deal about myself and relationships but it have given me assurance, understanding, hope, interest and optimism.

Too many uses of cliché dating advice and not enough scientific sources for my liking. I think the author also spent too much time discussing soul mates, and barely even scratched the surface of twin flames. The section about karmic loves was relevant, and had some useful insights, but, I found myself arguing in my head with the author throughout the whole book, because my experience has looked very little like hers, but she seems pretty confident that everyone should fit into the little boxes she’s outlined. Some of us date a dozen karmic’s before we date a soul mate, and then date our tf directly after, and then a dozen more karmic’s, and then circle back to our tf, and then date a handful of karmic’s for the next decade while we each figure ourselves out, all the while with a mutual acknowledgment of being tf’s who just need time. Assigning a numerical order to the “three loves” sets people up for confusion. I obviously believe in tf’s, but, I think this particular book is a bit too woo-woo for me, and not based in enough concrete evidenced-based philosophy. Kinda disappointed.

You Only Fall In Love Three Times, this book was so insightful and helpful in understanding the types of relationships one goes through in life.. Knowing boundaries and traits in Narcissistic or toxic relationships.
I highly recommend this book as a guide into what healthy relationships should look like.

I wasn’t sure what I’d get from this book, I’d anything at all… but wow. It really put relationships I have experienced into a whole new light/perspective. There were a lot of “ah ha” and things just made sense.
