Publisher's Summary

The perfect gripping, twisty suspense for fans of Netflix’s You and Lisa Jewell’s Watching You.

This is not a love story....

Watching sunrises together should have been romantic. But you were always inside with your wife, and I sat in your garden, in the shadows. I thought you’d never know how I felt about you. Until one night, I witnessed a terrible crime. I wanted it to bring us closer together. But now the secrets are tumbling out. And they could tear everything apart....

A breath-taking suspense full of twists and turns - if you think you know how this ends, think again....

A pleasant attention gripper

This type of book is my favorite genre… they tend to all be alike after a few. You and Me keeps the twisting and turning till the very end. EXCELLENT!

Definitely kept me intrigued

I love when I find an audiobook that I can’t stop listening to, and this was one! My theory changed multiple times. It’s him! No, it’s her! Only to find that I finally guessed correctly about 60 chapters in.

The narrator did an excellent job.

Loved it!

Very good book. The further in to the book the better it gets. Will be looking for other books by this author.

So good!

A few reviews stated that the beginning was slow, but I was hooked from the beginning. I listened to the whole thing in one day! Definitely worth the credit. Now to go and see if Nicola Rayner has written anything else!

Annoying Start

The beginning of this book was so unnecessarily slow and dragging. I had to forward through many of the chapters just to keep from abandoning the story altogether. Thankfully the ending was unexpected, and redeemed the book as a whole.

conflicted

Last 6 chapters are the drum roll of surprises to a dramatic end. A real shame that until then the book just drags along unnecessarily and I didn't have any warm feelings or care about he the main character Fran. I wanted to slap her for being a pitiful stalker.

✍🏻👏Compelling and complex thriller!👏✍🏻

Another exceptional British mystery by new author to me, Nicola Rayner, “You and Me” is an intriguing, unusual and mesmerizing tale of two sisters, along with their group of so-called “friends” throughout the years and the events they all shared. It grabbed my attention and never let go. A favorite narrator of mine, the brilliant Kristin Atherton, brings each character to vivid life with her vocal talents. Her precise tones are perfect for each and every character. I do have another Atherton-narrated book waiting in my Audible library. I am hoping for more with this outstanding duo, Rayner and Atherton. Please, I beg of you! I paid for this, since it was under $10. Well worth a credit as well. Kudos to all for making this available on Audible. Highly recommended with 🍒 🍒 🍒 on top. Epic, I say. EPIC, EPIC, EPIC!!!

More Than You Think

This was a fun listen start to finish, and I couldn’t put it down. The title and tagline are misleading—there’s obsession to be found, but so much more. This is a story of sisters, unexpected losses, trauma, and deception, and it comes with lots of twists and turns that in the end all make sense.
