Importance of drinking water is highly underestimated. It is surprising that too many people don't drink water or drink very little, and this over times results in diseases like blood pressure, high cholesterol, asthma, Alzheimer's, arthritis, ulcers and so on whereas all this can be avoided just by keeping your body properly hydrated. This book is an eye opener and makes a solid case for drinking water and avoiding beverages which people use to substitute for water. I have ordered a hard copy of this book after listening to it, and now advocating importance of drinking water in my family and friends, and making sure myself and my family make it a habit to drink adequate water.
