Such A Great Listen
I loved hearing Dr. Dyer speak, he was so down to earth. This book taught me so much about myself and is leading me to do some self-therapy to overcome these 'zones' that I find are plaguing my emotional happiness. Just a shift in thought process can make all the difference and Dr. Dyer has some amazing, logical advice on how to do so. Loved it, can't say enough about it.
