Protien, Fibre and Fats

I liked the information in this book. The diet recommendations are sound, and helpful. I found I stopped craving chips and candy after following the principles. It is really satisfying to have a complete meal, or even snack that is healthier than dry lifeless junk food.
I am a vegetarian and replaced any meat recommendations, with nuts and seeds and protein shakes.
This book is worth reading.
