Excellent, concise outline for success

Just finished re-listening to this book. I first listened to it about a year ago when I first came across Ricky through Facebook. I’ve been in the business for 15 years and know how to get the job done, but need to reboot after allowing my business to stagnate due to some personal challenges distract me (aging/death of parents). This audiobook gave me a lot if reminders of what I know but have not been applying recently as well as a slightly different approach that motivates me to improve. While not a magic bullet (there are no such things!), it had several “Ah hah’s” that made the 2 hour investment very worthwhile. New agents can learn and experienced agents will benefit by being reminded. Well worth the time & cost.

Very informative

As a real estate investor, and soon to be agent, I really found this book useful. of course lots of info in book I've heard, or read about before, but overall I really liked it. This book is definitely excellent for a newbie in real estate, and if followed the way the writer intended it to be, it could really be the key to success for any realtor, new or veteran.

Straight to the point

Loved how quickly Ricky got into topic and stayed on it. No B.S. or fluff.

Allowed everything to ‘click’

I am a new Realtor and was feeling very overwhelmed with all of the new material being thrown my way. I have the best development coach with my company, RE/MAX Southern shores, but the issues with me moving forward were within myself. My first attempts at prospecting were rough. I knew going into it I was nervous. Then I started watching Ricky Carruth videos and read this book. Suddenly it clicked. The book is raw, simple and to the point. Now I make calls with no expectation and with the authentic mindset of just wanting to help and the results have been great!

Great information!

Practical information and guidance that can be easily applied with a mindset shift or slight adjustments. The only downside was the narrator spoke so quickly, it was hard to take notes. Even when I slowed the playback speed to .75, I still had to pause and rewind a lot. This significantly increased the anticipated listening time from 4.5 hours to a few days.
