Love this audio book and so Helpful!

The disclaimer after each chapter is too loud
Content is well organized and narrated. PDF material is detailed with index for contents . However, the disclaimer after every chapter is too loud, esp. after practice my mind is supposed to be relaxed. Wish there is a way to turn this off.
