Perfect cadence, soothing voice. Stories interesting enough to give you something to listen to while not so interesting you fight to stay awake. My go to for tough nights.

I wasn't expecting this to work well but I was wrong. I was asleep fast and when I woke it was still playing and it soothed me back to sleep. Amazing thanks for this.

I'm not sure if the reader's voice is artificially sped up or not, but it was difficult for me to relax with how quickly they spoke. I adjusted it to 0.8 times speed and it's much nicer.
also, make sure you set the timer! I forgot and the terrible ads at the beginning of the next episode woke me up.

I've been looking for bedtime stories that is relaxing and no weird noises or music... and this fits the bill perfectly! I've tried 3 of her stories and love them. Taesha Glasgow has a soothing voice and I don't even hear the end of the story. I put on the timer til the end of the episode so the player doesn't run all night. I've tried many of the ASMR podcasts on Audible and they add weird noises that wake me up -which I think is the opposite intention of the podcast. Ms. Glasgow has a new fan! I am a lifelong insomniac and have tried meditation, body scans, and other similar bedtime/relaxing apps or resources and while they are relaxing, they do not put me to sleep. I do recommend you trying out "Just Sleep - Bedtime Stories for Adults" podcasts!
