He produced a cookbook called ‘Kick Sugar’ helping people to reduce the sugar in their diets. He is an accredited member of The International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology and is fully SMART certified. He has trained with Dr Dome Nischwitz and is certified by the Institute of Biological Dentistry. Married with three children. He is the founder of Optimal Dental Health a holistic dental practice in London.
