Deep, with timeless tools that will give you hope

I thoroughly enjoyed this series. I have been an avid reader/listener of self-help books for many years and while I don't consider myself a negative person, things over the pandemic have brought a lot of life's 'heaviness' to the forefront. I wasn't expecting this to be full of such deep lessons about life, boundaries, choice, and perspective, as it was. When listening to certain chapters, Domonique was not only a nurturing voice of reason - giving me the permission to let go of things holding me back, but also a supportive mentor showing me that I have more power than I realize to stay positive, even when things are hard.

I would recommend if there are any things in your life that you struggle with staying positive around, whether that's relationships in your family, your body image ...or if you are having a hard time feeling really motivated around your goals.

The listen was fairly enjoyable and at a good pace - she has an Australian accent and a very friendly, warm voice.
