  • Leadership, creating safe spaces and taking bold decisions
    May 30 2023
We are talking about an expert organization and the impact of bold decisions, and what happens they are even unpopular decisions. What role does listening play? It is a short talk this time and after roughly 12 minutes we suggest you stop listening to good advice and start listening to good music. Our episodes talk has come to an end and the music part starts. Horst Michael Schaffer offers today the piece "Vertigo" of Jazz Big Band Graz. Today it is at the point when the director of an orchestra needs to take decisions about ot taking on certain ideas. The question of how to speak about it, how to address it and how to encourage them for keep exchanging on ideas. If that work well the result is an enhanced curiosity, a genuine interest on the thoughts and actions of the leader. This results in a more thorough engagement and pride to be part.
