Infected opens HARD and grabs you by the throat, really let's you know you're in for something dark and mysterious, as the story unfolds the sci-fi elements become present without overtaking the darker aspects, Sigler really knows how to use the scientific genre to ENHANCE what's there without devolving into fantasy and unmasking the "horror"
Contagious is so much fun, the "buddy cop" theme is heavy in this one and it makes sense since by this point the threat is already known, but so too grows the enemy and biological nastiness that develops among the INFECTED populace, some of Siglers best character development (In my opinion 😉)
Pandemic is total war, badass black-ops/military work and we get to really see how a relationship built on trauma can be pushed so far (😔)
A trilogy worth keeping and an amazing introduction to Scott Sigler
