Hosted by two Canadian healthcare professionals, Labor & Delivery Nurse, Sydney, and OB/GYN Dr. Meghan McGratten, this is your go-to women’s health show for real talk about women's health and zero shame. We tackle the most viral misconceptions and the overlooked health topics with science, empathy, and a fair bit of humor.

Each week, we break down the facts behind women’s health issues across obstetrics, gynecology, reproductive health, and beyond, debunking myths, pushing back outdated norms, and correcting misinformation. We’re here to help you understand your body on your terms, because women’s bodies deserve clarity, not chaos.

  • Twin Mom Life Unfiltered: Pregnancy Risks, Newborn Chaos & The Truth About “Bouncing Back”
    Apr 22 2026

What is it really like going from zero to two babies overnight? In this episode of The Push Podcast, I sit down with a Canadian creator, twin mom, and founder of Active Girls TO, Kristen, to talk about the unfiltered reality of twin pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.

She shares her experience navigating a mono-di twin pregnancy, the challenges of a higher-risk journey, and what no one tells you about delivering and caring for two newborns at once. We also get into the mental load of motherhood, identity shifts, and the pressure to “bounce back”—especially in the fitness space.

We unpack how social media shapes expectations versus what motherhood actually looks like behind the scenes, and what it’s really like balancing a business while raising twins. This is an honest, relatable conversation for anyone navigating motherhood, postpartum, or the transition into becoming a mom.
