Most of what you will listen to are actual events told with a certain degree of liberty in the details. In essence, it is historical fiction. Nevertheless, most of the stories are true events passed down in the oral tradition of Native Americans.

That there are so many suspects for this killing is also a nice touch - this keeps us on our toes and guessing until the reveal in the climax.
