A lack of self-esteem can also manifest itself in unhealthy unconscious behavioral patterns such as codependency or neediness. You can also attract into your life people or experiences that correlate to your subconscious beliefs. This lack of self-worth, if left unchecked, can take its toll on all aspects of daily life. The good news is that it doesn't have to be this way forever. You don't have to keep on repeating the same patterns that have probably been showing up in your life for years!
