In the early 1990s, North America was the vibrant center of an increasingly democratic and revitalized western hemisphere. Are you as happy as you you'd like to be? Feeling satisfied with your job? Getting along well with family members? Experiencing serenity, at least some of the time? Nothing in life is ever that simple, and if you are "coming out", then you can have additional complications, because of outmoded race or cultural pressures which have no bearing on today's life whatsoever - other than being carried forward by ignorant minds. Taboos, ideologies, personal fears of "what others may think" all stem from redundant thoughts and times of the past. We can't choose who we are, nor how we are, nor indeed where we are.

Breaking free from any situation - a family that's repressive, evil religious control, a loveless relationship, a tired and dull job or just in a general in a rut in life - can be the best thing you have ever done. As a race of people the human race has survived because of its need to foster love and friendship among itself. Yes there have been wars and evil religious content because of negative people, brainwashing, and sheer lack of worldly aspects of endemic groups of people. By and large, however, people and communities exist because of a need to feel both needed and to need others, too. Both are different in approach but both stem from the self-same place within.

It is imperative to keep happy, otherwise you lose the point to your whole existence. It may not be easy and no one presents that it is, after all we are all human beings with emotions that can sway us to and fro just by hearing about circumstances. We do however have a great deal of control in our lives and can override our immediate feelings to say to ourselves: "I can't control the events around me, but I can control how I feel," and thus do just that. Making life a better place from within has a habit of changing events around us and also the attitude of those around us, too.

There is a lot said about death and a lot of scriptual pomp and lies put around about what happens when our lives come to an end. The bottom line is if you believe in God then you'll go to heaven (if you believe that is) otherwise well who knows. And if you don't believe you are a Darwinian or Athiest then you are a mistake so who cares, you'll just end up as bonemeal for next years flowers. If you believe in God and you die at sea or in a fire or eaten by a lion or whatever, then you will still go to heaven.

Happiness is not rocket science. Happiness is available to anyone regardless of their circumstances and situations. If you choose to demark happiness based upon any problems then by default you will be unhappy, where the mind goes the body follows.

Life Bite Series. Happiness is something that we all have within us, it is nowhere else in life. Despite endless books and CD's and such like happiness is well within our control, farming it out or outsourcing it is a stupid thing to do. Thinking that "out there" someone has the key to happiness is like admitting you are already brain dead. Life may not be swimmingly fabulous every day but that doesn't negate the fact that you have to be unhappy either, unless of course you choose to do so.

It is important that we feel fulfilled in life. Being fulfilled is not the same as everything being okay. Being fulfilled is that feeling we have that has an overall purpose, whether it's making your business grow, doing voluntary work, being a mum or a dad, creating something, whatever it is to you that provides that overall purpose. It's different things to different people. Many of today's mental problems stem from a lack of purpose, when this happens we crave all sorts of things to fill that "void" within.

At times we would all like to change our life or aspects of our life. We get into a rut or things don't quite work out as they should or circumstances change etc. Well, the only thing stopping us change is ourselves and not the excuses we hide behind.... We all have second and third and fourth chances every single day, we can if we wish alter our lives sometimes dramatically in an instant. For others it takes time, but change is by its own nature is an ongoing process.

They don't understand each other because they have not properly communicated with each other." Love is the essential ingredient in life that makes it worth living, it seeps into every corner of our lives, and where love is - evil isn't. Where love has the upper hand devious and cruel existences can't survive.You can see that the societies that have "love" within them prosper and create whereas those that have conditional love have unjust and repressive societies that control and kill and are barbaric in nature. Love allows us to be happy, be comfortable, to prosper not only in wealth but the quality of our lives and our health. Love nurtures and cares and gives unlimited options to move forward without hindrance.

Life Bite Series. The Mind Gremlins are those little creatures that live in the dark places in your mind and when you feel stressed, anxious, worries etc they come out to play. There is nothing they like more than dancing the night away to your negativity, booging to your insecurity, discoing to your fears and just having a good time whilst you stare at the bedroom ceiling all night, turning over and over and worrying about everything that comes into view. Where pure love exists there is no evil whatsoever, why would there be. Where conditional love exists like in Islam then there is forever upheaval and unrest and mortification. We need love to exist and we need people to love and we need to be loved too, whether it is a significant other or just a very good friend it matters not, we need that bond.
