Sometimes the smallest steps can feel to us like mountains to climb and yet when we take that step and then another towards our goals we are conquering our own mountain every single time! And how great is that?

Although this collection includes complete copies of all the books of mine which were published in the last decade, there are also some poems in here which have never been published before, now made public for the first time in this book.

With pure open heart. Negativity can now depart. In beauty to be walking. Inner voice talking. Cleansed, feeling whole. Mind, body and soul. Harmless ways of living. Caring and easily giving. Projecting what is inside. All three eyes open wide. It is easy to really fathom. It is about Love in every atom. In every action, every thought. That still point that is sought.

It has been hugely entertaining for me taking the time to re-visit my archives finding poetic tales for inclusion. Taken from a period stretching back to 2012 right through up to the year I compiled this book in 2018, I do remember writing every single one of my poems and interestingly for me, my mindset at the time.
