We invite you into our conversation about an unexpected and unique journey we took together over a thirty month period in the middle of our lives. We were both stuck, rattled and rolled into a sense of acceptance of our different circumstances. We had been dealt some hard cards, but life was good. Good enough. Little did we know, a chance meeting on December 8, 2008, would change our lives forever. And provide us a chance for a second honeymoon neither of us dared to hope for. What follows is the wonder, hope, disappointment, surprises and thrills from both of our perspectives.
