Silvie hatte sich ihren Aufenthalt in Italien sehr viel schöner ausgemalt. Den Au-pair-Job hat sie schnell geschmissen, jetzt steht sie im malerischen Siena völlig abgebrannt da. Auch die Männer in der Toskana hatte sie sich aufregender vorgestellt. Es scheinen sich immer nur so langweilige Exemplare wie Angelo für sie zu interessieren. Doch dann wendet sich das Blatt. Giovanni verkörpert genau das Image des südländischen Traummanns.

Der Fotograf ist allerdings nur an Silvie interessiert, um freizügige Bilder von ihr zu machen. In ihrer Unerfahrenheit merkt sie nicht, wie ihr Umgang mit Giovanni sie in den Sumpf aus Drogen der scheinbar schillernden Modelwelt hinabzieht, aus dem sie sich aus eigener Kraft nicht mehr befreien kann. Da tritt Angelo als Retter auf den Plan.
